The City of Lloydminster (City) is accepting submissions from qualified Vendors interested in providing Engineering and Architectural Services associated with completing an operational analysis, preparing building concept design layout plans including preliminary facility footprints and locations, overall site grading concepts, and cost estimates for the proposed Weigh Scale, Transfer Station, and Maintenance Building to be constructed at the City of Lloydminster Sanitary Landfill. *Hard Copy Submissions = Email Submissions as per RFP |
