The City of Lloydminster is requesting a statement of qualifications and a service proposal from individual professionals and/or consulting firms to develop the City of Lloydminster’s Recreation
Building Assessments and Plant Assessments intended to provide the City of Lloydminster with updated capital plans for future use.  The City of Lloydminster is requesting a statement of qualifications and a service proposal from individual professionals and/or consulting firms to develop the City of Lloydminster’s Recreation Building Assessments and Plant Assessments intended to provide the City of Lloydminster with updated capital plans for
future use.  The reports shall give the City of Lloydminster recommendations in a detailed current building assessment
report with recommendations for immediate and future capital planning. This RFP sets out the City’s RFP process, evaluation and selection process, and Proposal requirements. The data will guide Council, Executive Leadership Team and the Recreation and Cultural Services Department in making decisions that best meet the needs of the community.
