The Work generally comprises of: 
The loading, hauling, and disposing of hydrocarbon and salt impacted soils. The impacted soils disposal location shall be determined by the Contractor. Following the disposal of the impacted soils, the Work will include the placement of Owner supplied clay fill, earthworks grading, and the supply and installation of a storm water pumping station and associated appurtenances including connecting the pumping station to power and commissioning the system. The storm water pumping station will be connected to the City of Lloydminster storm sewer system within 49 Avenue via a Contractor supplied and installed 100m diameter HDPE forcemain installed using either open-trench or horizontal directional drilling (HDD). The forcemain installation method shall be determined by the Contractor.
