The City of Lloydminster invites multidisciplinary teams to provide a proposal for the Northeast Area Structure Plan (“NE-ASP”). The subject site contains approximately seven (7) quarter sections of undeveloped land surrounded by industrial, commercial, residential, recreational and institutional uses. Bounded on the east by the Rural Municipality of Britannia, No. 502 (“RM of Britannia”), and bisected by 40th Avenue, this greenfield site is located to the west of Neale Lake and south of the Landfill. The successful Proponent will work to develop a clear vision and achievable objectives to catalyze public and private investment for its development.
