Pre-Qualification Required

The 2024 Street Improvement Program – Local project will be along 55 Avenue between 29 Street and 30 Street, 30 Street between 54 Avenue and 55 Avenue, and 29 Street between 54 Avenue and 55 Avenue. 
 

The Work generally comprises of miscellaneous sidewalk, driveway apron, and curb ramp replacements, miscellaneous curb and gutter replacements, grassed boulevard levelling and landscaping (topsoil and seed), complete asphalt concrete pavement removal, excavation to design subgrade, cement stabilization of the subgrade, and the supply and placement of granular base course and hot mix asphalt concrete pavement. The project intent will be to complete miscellaneous concrete surface works rehabilitation as directed by the Engineer followed by a full roadway rehabilitation due to the existing deteriorated condition of the roadway.
