*Hard Copy Submissions = Email Submissions as per Bid Documents The full project scope includes an interior fit up to the SERT space on the second floor of the Lloydminster Protective Services Building which was constructed approximately ten (10) years ago. • Provision of workstation manufacturer services including some of the following (note that this is an incomplete list and is included only to generally describe the services): • Meetings with client and designer to review proposed products and solutions. • Generate formal specification & purchase order on behalf of the client. • Review purchase with client and designer. • Site meetings as required. • Order workstations. • Provide warehouse/storage for furniture temporarily if required. • Coordinate installation with client & designer. • Set-up all new product supplied. |
