*Hard Copy Submissions = Email Submissions as per Bid Documents The City of Lloydminster (City) is accepting Proposals from qualified Vendors interested in providing traffic signal maintenance services and minor traffic signal hardware upgrades for a period of three (3) years. The traffic signal maintenance program includes inspections, scheduled maintenance which is anticipated to be completed approximately two (2) times per year at each traffic signal in the City, minor traffic signal hardware upgrades, and emergency response and troubleshooting on an as and when needed basis. The successful Vendor will enter into a three (3) year Agreement with the City to provide services, with the potential for extending the Agreement up to two (2) additional years in one (1) year intervals. |
