The Central Business District Rehabilitation Program – Phase 1B will be along 50 Street between 50 
Avenue and 51 Avenue and include the intersection of 50 Street and 51 Avenue. 
The Central Business District Replacement Program – Phase 1B will be the City of Lloydminster key 
project in 2026. Contractor dedication to quality, timeliness, and site presence will be deemed 
paramount as the project will have direct impact on business access during construction.
