Description:  The replacement of the sanitary sewer and water mains, including service connections, related
appurtenances, miscellaneous sidewalk and complete curb and gutter replacements, complete asphalt
concrete pavement removal, excavation to design subgrade, cement stabilization of the subgrade,
and the supply and placement of granular base course and hot mix asphalt concrete pavement. The
2021 Water and Sewer Replacement Program will be along 50 Street between 52 Avenue and 54
Avenue. The program shall be completed in its entirety by September 03, 2021.
