The Work generally comprises of: The construction of a new Landfill Cell at the City of Lloydminster Waste Management Facility (Facility). The Work includes excavation to the design subgrade elevation, embankment of native clay backfill including moisture conditioning, placement, compaction, owner supplied clay fill import, placement, moisture conditioning and compaction, installation of a leachate collection system and associated appurtenances, supply and placement of geosynthetic liner materials, and supply and placement of a granular material associated with the leachate management drainage layer.
