The City of Lloydminster (City) is seeking Proposals from qualified Vendors to complete assessment and
planning work at the Driven Energy Legion Ball Park and VLA Soccer Fields, hereinafter referred to as the
Sporting Complex. The intent of the Work is to complete a review of all existing sporting fields and ancillary
spaces, infrastructure, and user programming within the Sporting Complex to inform the City on how to best
introduce facility synergies, as well as provide recommendations associated with how to maintain and
update the Sporting Complex, and expand services and improve infrastructure associated with the Sporting
Complex for the next 10-15 years.
